Blend your perception to bring consciousness into your awareness.

I wish to hold my perception on what is going on and keep my awareness in the present.  To do this I need to blend my perception.  I place my perception on……

  1. What is happening in my environment.
  2. Staying conscious of being………. ………. conscious.
  3. Staying consciously aware of my breath.

When you can hold a portion of your perception on what is happening now and a portion on your beingness and breath, you bring consciousness into your life and you stop random internal dialogue.
